She was a first great granddaughter of Philippe Saucier and Ursula Grelot, second great granddaughter of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Pelagie Tixerand, third great granddaughter of Henri Saucier and Barbe LaCroix, and the fourth great granddaughter of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Gabrielle Savary. Ralph and Lillian had one daughter, Gayle Saucier.

Lemuel was the son of Lumel Ladner, Sr. and Mary Smith of Pearl River County, Mississippi. They had eight children, Agnes, Chalmus, Lula, Cora, Ethel, Mayna, Pascal, and Leona Lora Ladner.

In 1902 he married Elizabeth Smith, his first wife, who was born on February 27, 1880 and died on January 21, 1919 at age thirty-eight. Phillip Eugene was twenty-six years old and Elizabeth was twenty-two years old when they married. She was the daughter of Solomon Alexander Smith and Maria Jane Byrd. They had eight children, Lucille, Carroll Cecil, Maybelle, Wilma Thelma, Solomon Samuel, Hilton Hubert, Lester Louis, Loren Baston, and Hubert Austin Saucier were born to the first marriage. About eight months after the death of his first wife, Elizabeth Smith, on September 29, 1919 he married twenty-one year old Felonese Joanne Malley, known as Florence. She was born on December 27, 1898 and died on August 2, 1983 at age eighty-four. She was the daughter of Eugene Malley and Victoria Ladner. Phillip Eugene and Florence had twelve children, Lillie, Sylvenia, Daniel Phillip, Edward Eugene, Hezekiah, Monroe Elgin, Vergie Laura, Beadie Ruth, Charles Owen, Jerry Clinton, twin boys, Bobbie and Billy Saucier.
Bertrand Ellis Saucier was born on October 1, 1877 and he died on January 24, 1949 at the age of seventy-one. Bertrand was the fifth son and eighth child born to Pierre "Pier" Saucier and second wife Elizabeth Perkins. Bertrand Ellis was the grandson of Pierre Phillip Saucier and Isabelle Nicaise; first great grandson of Philippe Saucier and Ursula Grelot, second great grandson of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Pelagie Tixerand, third great grandson of Henri Saucier and Barbe LaCroix, and the fourth great grandson of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Gabrielle Savary. On May 16, 1902, at age twenty-four, he married eighteen year old Daisy Ladner who was born on September 24, 1883 and died on 22 June 1961 at age seventy-seven. Rosaline "Avaline" Saucier was born on Monday January 1, 1821 in Delisle, the second child and first daughter of Pierre Phillip and Isabelle Nicaise Saucier. Rosaline was the granddaughter of Philippe Pierre Saucier and Ursula Grelot, first great granddaughter of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Pelagie Tixerand, second great granddaughter of Henri Saucier and Barbe LaCroix and the third great granddaughter of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Gabrielle Savary. The Church records refer to her as Avaline Saucier and she was always called Rosaline by her parents and family. In 1837, at the age of sixteen, she married twenty-seven year old John Bennett Evans who was born in 1810. He was the son of Nathaniel Evans and Elizabeth Rogers of South Carolina. They had ten children, Emmaline, Roselia, Nancy, Rosaline, Nathan Tarpley, Pauline Ellen, Thomas B., Elizabeth, Louise Ludy, Brandon Bragg and David Bradley Evans. They were residents of Bay St. Louis. Rosaline died in 1900 and John in July of 1879. No reason was ever given as to why Rosaline was slighted in her father’s will along with several of her siblings. Maybe Pierre didn’t approve of her marriage, maybe he had given her the portion of what would have been her inheritance when she married, or another possible reason could have been that as a young girl, after the death of her mother Isabel, she went to live with relatives Jacques Saucier and his wife Adele Saucier, no one will ever know the reasoning of her father.
Emmaline Evans was born April 16, 1839 and died on July 31, 1925 at the age of eighty-six in Louisiana. She was the first child and daughter of Rosaline Saucier and John Bennett Evans. Emmaline married Morris Travis Blackwell on March 12, 1857 in Harrison County, Mississippi. Morris was born on January 15, 1837 and died on January 8, 1913 at age seventy-five in Louisiana. Emmaline and Morris had one child together, Anderson Blackwell. It is believed Emmaline and Morris divorced sometime in 1862 after the death of their son Anderson. Emmaline married for a second time to William Dear in Louisiana. William Dear was born on December 30, 1820 and died on January 30, 1882. It is possible that other children were born to Emmaline and her two husbands.

On June 10, 1858, fifteen year old Rosaline married twenty-three year old Thomas John Baggett in Harrison County, Mississippi. He was born on March 19, 1835 in Florida and died on November 26, 1909 in Stone County, Mississippi at age seventy-four. He was the son of Thomas Choice Baggett of North Carolina and his wife Mary Lamb of Georgia. Rosalie and Thomas had eight children, John Thomas, Mary Rosalie, Salmon, James Michael, Charles Fisher, Albert Galvan, Thomas Lafayette, and Corine Tennie Baggett.

On April 12, 1868, at age twenty-one she married twenty-four year old George Washington Cruthirds of McHenry, Mississippi. George was the son of George Henry Cruthirds of South Carolina and Dorcas Scarborough of Louisiana. He was born in McHenry on June 17, 1843 and died on July 24, 1917 at age seventy-four at McHenry. Rosaline was the granddaughter of Pierre Phillip Saucier and Isabelle Nicaise; first great granddaughter of Philippe Saucier and Ursula Grelot, second great granddaughter of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Pelagie Tixerand, third great granddaughter of Henri Saucier and Barbe LaCroix, and the fourth great granddaughter of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Gabrielle Savary. Rosalie was married twice; first on July 10, 1885 at age thirty-five to fifty-two year old Richard Burton House who had emigrated from Ireland to this country. Richard died in about 1896 at the age of sixty-three. Rosaline and Richard had two daughters before his death, Edna Earle, and Allie Roberta House. She married for a second time on August 30, 1897 to John Michael Fitzhenry who was born on December 31, 1828 in Dublin, Ireland and died on December 29, 1916 at Biloxi, Mississippi at age eighty-seven. Her second husband fought with the 3rd Mississippi Infantry of the Confederate States Army during the Civil War. Rosaline and John Michael, her second husband, had no children.
Nathan Tarpley Evans was born on Sept 22, 1821 in Harrison County, Mississippi and died at Ellisville, Mississippi on November 8, 1942 at age ninety-one. He was the fourth born child and first born son of Rosaline Saucier and John Bennett Evans. Nathan was the grandson of Pierre Phillip Saucier and Isabelle Nicaise; first great grandson of Philippe Saucier and Ursula Grelot, second great grandson of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Pelagie Tixerand, third great grandson of Henri Saucier and Barbe LaCroix, and the fourth great grandson of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Gabrielle Savary. Nathan was married three times; it is believed he married Sarah Grayson first. She was born on October 11, 1854 and died on October 17, 1902 at age forty-eight. Two children were born to Nathan and Sarah, Robert, and Homer Davis Evans. His other two wives were Alma Evans, whom he would have married some time after his first wife's 1902 death, She was born on February 5, 1878 and died on June 7, 1935. Alma was postmaster of Ovett, Mississippi from 1904 until 1921. His third wife was Evelyn Nancy Graves, whom he would have married sometime after 1936. She was born in about 1858. No additional information other than their names is known on these two wives.

Nancy Evans was born on September 27, 1846 and died July 1, 1915 at age seventy-nine. Nancy was the third child and daughter of Rosaline Saucier and John Bennett Evans. Nancy was a granddaughter of Pierre Phillip Saucier and Isabelle Nicaise; first great granddaughter of Philippe Saucier and Ursula Grelot, second great granddaughter of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Pelagie Tixerand, third great granddaughter of Henri Saucier and Barbe LaCroix, and the fourth great granddaughter of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Gabrielle Savary. On April 12, 1868, at age twenty-one she married twenty-four year old George Washington Cruthirds of McHenry, Mississippi. George was the son of George Henry Cruthirds of South Carolina and Dorcas Scarborough of Louisiana. He was born in McHenry on June 17, 1843 and died on July 24, 1917 at age seventy-four at McHenry. Nancy and George had seven children, John, Henry, Laura Caledonia, Bascom William, Alonzo, Margaret Cordelia, and Cleveland Cruthirds
Rosaline B. Evans was born on December 22, 1849 and died October 10, 193 at age eighty-two. She was the third born child and daughter of Rosaline Saucier and John Bennett Evans. Rosaline was the granddaughter of Pierre Phillip Saucier and Isabelle Nicaise; first great granddaughter of Philippe Saucier and Ursula Grelot, second great granddaughter of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Pelagie Tixerand, third great granddaughter of Henri Saucier and Barbe LaCroix, and the fourth great granddaughter of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Gabrielle Savary. Rosalie was married twice; first on July 10, 1885 at age thirty-five to fifty-two year old Richard Burton House who had emigrated from Ireland to this country. Richard died in about 1896 at the age of sixty-three. Rosaline and Richard had two daughters before his death, Edna Earle, and Allie Roberta House. She married for a second time on August 30, 1897 to John Michael Fitzhenry who was born on December 31, 1828 in Dublin, Ireland and died on December 29, 1916 at Biloxi, Mississippi at age eighty-seven. Her second husband fought with the 3rd Mississippi Infantry of the Confederate States Army during the Civil War. Rosaline and John Michael, her second husband, had no children.
Nathan Tarpley Evans was born on Sept 22, 1821 in Harrison County, Mississippi and died at Ellisville, Mississippi on November 8, 1942 at age ninety-one. He was the fourth born child and first born son of Rosaline Saucier and John Bennett Evans. Nathan was the grandson of Pierre Phillip Saucier and Isabelle Nicaise; first great grandson of Philippe Saucier and Ursula Grelot, second great grandson of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Pelagie Tixerand, third great grandson of Henri Saucier and Barbe LaCroix, and the fourth great grandson of Jean Baptiste Saucier and Gabrielle Savary. Nathan was married three times; it is believed he married Sarah Grayson first. She was born on October 11, 1854 and died on October 17, 1902 at age forty-eight. Two children were born to Nathan and Sarah, Robert, and Homer Davis Evans. His other two wives were Alma Evans, whom he would have married some time after his first wife's 1902 death, She was born on February 5, 1878 and died on June 7, 1935. Alma was postmaster of Ovett, Mississippi from 1904 until 1921. His third wife was Evelyn Nancy Graves, whom he would have married sometime after 1936. She was born in about 1858. No additional information other than their names is known on these two wives.
